What could your bags earn?

Set a daily fee and a rental length. The borrower pays the whole fee in SOL, up-front, the moment the rental opens.

Example math, not a promise: you only earn when someone borrows. Fee is per day for the full listing; partial borrows pay a share.

0.25 SOL per day for 7 days: you receive 1.7325 SOL after the 1% LEND share.

04How it works

Earn SOL on idle tokens

  1. 01
    Deposit tokens

Tokens move into a vault owned by your Listing PDA. You set the daily fee, the duration range and the SOL collateral.

  2. 02
    Get paid up-front

When a borrower opens a position, the rental fee is paid immediately and their SOL collateral is locked on-chain.

  3. 03
    Get the same tokens back

The borrower returns the same quantity of the same mint. Unborrowed tokens can be withdrawn any time by cancelling.

  4. 04
    If they don't

After the deadline plus grace you receive the collateral (lender-set), or a liquidator delivers the tokens via auction (oracle-priced).

05Custody, collateral & risk

Custody & escrow

  • Tokens sit in vaults owned by program-derived accounts. Only program logic can move them — not the admin, not the backend.
  • OTC and lending are separate programs: a bug in one cannot touch the other's escrows.
  • Every open → closed transition closes the account, so double settlement is structurally impossible.
  • This app re-reads accounts on-chain and simulates every transaction before you sign.

Collateral & defaults

  • Lender-set collateral (any coin): if the tokens are not returned by the deadline plus the grace period, the lender receives the full SOL collateral.
  • Oracle-priced rentals (approved tokens): debt is valued with Pyth; below the liquidation ratio or after the deadline, a Dutch auction lets a liquidator deliver the tokens to the lender.
  • Terms are snapshotted into each position, so the admin cannot change an existing rental.

Honest risk list

  • LEND is not risk-free. Collateral does not guarantee token recovery.
  • If a coin pumps above the collateral value, a lender who is not repaid loses the difference.
  • Memecoins can move many times in minutes — faster than liquidation.
  • The lending contracts are unaudited. Use small amounts.
  • OTC trades don't touch pools but can still move market price indirectly.
